FAQs
- Do you ship orders?
Due to the current Cottage Laws in place for Texas, I am unable to ship orders that have not been placed in person with me at a market. Orders placed on the website will need to be delivered in person or picked up from the markets listed for preorder.
- Can you make custom cookies for our event?
Please contact us for any inquiries including bulk or custom cookie orders. We would be happy to try and accommodate your event!
- Can I edit or change my order?
If your order has not been processed, we suggest reaching out promptly for additional assistance at macabremavenco@outlook.com. Please note that we can only make edits to your order, adding items will need to be a new order.
- I can't find a flavor I've seen before, how do I order it?
The flavors available are what is currently on hand for upcoming markets or what will be made that week for pre-order. If you would like a custom flavor made, please reach out.
- What is your return policy?
All of our products are perishable goods. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
- When can I pick up my local order or preorder?
Once you receive an email notification from us confirming that your order is baked and ready for pickup, it can be picked up at the market listed for preorder during the hours listed for the market or a message will be sent to your email containing available pickup times and the location for pickup. **Orders not collected within 2 business days will be subject to disposal.
- Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
We do not offer refunds or cancellations at this time. We start baking all cookies to order as soon as we accept the order. Please ensure that you are 100% certain you want amazingly delicious cookies before you order!
- Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! Cookies have been tested for freezing and we recommend freezing them within 24 hours from purchase if you will not be eating them since ingredients are all natural ingredients and do not contain preservatives the same as store-bought or big box companies. Cookies will last in the freezer for up to 3 months, but we promise you won't be able to hold off on eating them that long.
- What is the best way to heat my cookies?
We recommend letting your cookie thaw before reheating for best results if heating from frozen. If heating from room temperature, 10 seconds in the microwave individually.
- Where can I locate the ingredients and allergen information?
Allergen information can be found on the individual labels of each cookie as required by Texas Cottage Laws as well as on the individual product pages. Nutrition panels are not available at this time for cookies.
- Do you make vegan or gluten free (GF) cookies?
At this time, we have not perfected recipes for either Vegan or GF cookies and do not want to offer or provide items that are not quality or delicious.
I'm local, can I pick up my order outside of the preorder market?
Yes! At checkout select the pick up option you would like to utilize. Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to notify you for pickup.
