Brookie Cookie

Our BBCC recipe but better!  They’re stuffed with a fresh made chocolate chip brownie!

Made with dark brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter browned to a nutty, caramel perfection and just enough salt to make them sweet and a bit savory with the nutty undertones, these will make you ask your Grandma why she doesn't have the recipe.
